Track My Move / Explainer Video

Cardiff-based PropTech 'Properr' approached DW Studio for a fully CGI explainer video for their new property transaction management platform, 'TrackMyMove.com'. Memorable, playful CGI characters guide viewers through the complex, cluttered process of house-selling in our promotional video. Each CGI character was designed and then animated to differentiate between the house buyer, seller, agent and solicitor. Order is restored when the 'Properr' hero character transforms the process into a straight forward and easy-to-understand task, uniting all collaborators. The treatment consists of a clever blend of photo-real CGI rendering and more stylised 3d animated characters to propose a believable backdrop with a metaphorical and abstract treatment of the Track My Move process. The informative animation has since been shown to Properr's Board of Directors and Investors who were all very impressed by its engaging content. It is now being used online as a promotional CGI video, targeted at prospective partners and customers.
