Antlion Audio approached DW Studio to produce an engaging and memorable CGI video to advertise the launch of their new product, the ModMic 5 - a modular, attachable boom microphone. The patented design allows users to easily attach or remove the high performance microphone to any pair of headphones. The new ModMic 5 has a number of competitive and innovative features that needed to be communicated in a fast and easy to understand way. As the video was to be shown online to a global consumer base, it was required to instantly grab the viewers’ attention and inform buyers as they research online. Our CGI video for Antlion Audio’s ModMic 5 has also been shortlisted for an animago AWARD ‘Best of 2017’. The award focused on the category of ‘Best Visualisation’ and beat entries from 58 countries around the world. The animago AWARD is a worldwide renowned competition in the field of 3d animation & still, visual effects, visualization & design since 1997.
