Horiba Mira

HORIBA MIRA, is a car test track and vehicle development centre based in Warwickshire, that has served as a location for motoring shows including Top Gear and Fifth Gear. With large investment from the Japanese company HORIBA, the centre has expansion plans including developing a 1.5m sq ft technology park. Current tenants at Mira include Jaguar Land Rover, GKN, Bosch and Continental. HORIBA MIRA is a global provider of pioneering engineering, research and test services to the automotive, defence, aerospace and rail sectors.

With over 70 years’ experience in developing some of the world’s most iconic vehicles, their engineers utilise the latest test facilities and simulation tools to make vehicles and journeys safer, cleaner, more efficient and rewarding. A suite of 39 major test facilities, 100km of specialised proving ground and wealth of engineering experience, combined with expanding international presence, means HORIBA MIRA are confident that they can achieve their vision – that by 2020 every journey in the world will be positively influenced by the innovative company.

DW Studio had the honour of working with HORIBA MIRA to produce a 2 minute CGI animation that detailed the key solutions of the company, whilst highlighting their City Circuit and TIC-IT testing facilities.
