About Jake Dyson Products

After studying at Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design, Jake Dyson set up Jake Dyson Products in 2004. The company, which makes energy-efficient lights, released the Ariel LED light (today rebranded as the Dyson Cu-Beam™ suspended light range) developed to last up to 40 years before any part needs to be replaced. The Dyson CSYS™ task lights can also provide 50 years of continuous illumination using a single LED bulb.

DW Studio had the opportunity to work with Jake Dyson to promote the Ariel LED light which can be viewed here: http://www.dwstudio.co.uk/jake-dyson-products-ariel

In 2015, Sir James Dyson acquired his son's company, which has now become part of the Dyson Group. The acquisition complements the company's four-year plan to grow the product line into four new categories and over 100 new gadgets. The attention to detail DW Studio gives to all projects impressed the Dyson creative team, and has led to an on-going and successful relationship with the manufacturer.
